斜臂式機(jī)械手適用于200噸以下的注塑機(jī)，單截式有TP550/TP650，雙截式有TP650/TP750/TP850有真空發(fā)生器和吸盤治具的抓旋功能。該機(jī)型經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用。
Swing arm robots are applicable to tow-precedie injection mold machine below 200t . Single load robots include TP550/TP650;double load robots withe one vacuum generator and suction cups with the function of claw rotation. This series of robot is economical and practiacl.
斜臂取出
1、旋出方向度調(diào)整容易，不需要更換風(fēng)管及開關(guān)，只需扳手輕松調(diào)整，節(jié)省時(shí)間。
Direction degree of screw out can be adjusted easily .No air pipes and switches are exchanged necessarily. This adjustm ent may be carried out simply by a spanner .Therefore ,it is time saving.
2、換模方式非常方便快捷，只需把手松開，全機(jī)可旋轉(zhuǎn)，提升換模的效率。
Dies can be exchanged very quickly and easily .As long as you release your hand ,entire machine can rotate so that exchange efficiency is improved.

輕型橫走式機(jī)械手 Light weight sidle robots

TYA系列適用于250噸至50噸臣式注塑機(jī)的產(chǎn)品和水口取出，有單截式和倍速機(jī)構(gòu)雙截式，可選購橫行驅(qū)動(dòng)方式，氣動(dòng)（無桿氣缸）驅(qū)動(dòng)，雙頻馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)。
TA series are applicable to horixontal injection mold machine between 50~250(including take out of products and down spout). There are single load model and double -load model with multispeed mechanism .Optional drive mode includes sidle drive , pneumatic (cylinder with no piston rod ) drive , Frequency conversion motor drive and servo motor drive .
